i have had this printer for 1 year. It is fantastic and cheaper than ink. my black lasted a year. I had some minor trouble and they offerd to send someone to fix it at my house. DO YOU KNOW ANY OTHER COMAPNY THAT DOES THAT. Usally its dont bother me on the phone at tech support. The unit works great - its thier software thats hurting. download all your stuff. also you must hook to an ethernet cable first to hook up wifi. I run 5 comps in my house off this one printer wifi. |

08-09-10 I couldn't believe the customer service rep from Samsung, I told her my wireless feature has never worked on my printer and she said I know, WE ARE AWARE OF THAT. She asked me if I had a ethernet cable, I told her no and I asked if she could send me one and her reply was no. She said if I had a ethernet cable the problem would be resolved within 15 minutes, and the manual doesn't state u need a ethernet cable. Can you believe that. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!! |

The ordering experience was just great. However, the same can not be said for this product which has major networking flaws. I bought this for the wireless access and that just didn't quite work out. Getting hold of Technical Support was a nightmare in itself and after 3 days I gave up and returned the product |

I purchased this printer to attach to a home wireless network. Specifications wise the printer is a good product. The reality of the situation is that it refused to connect to my network. The order process was outstanding as usual, the price great as usual but the product didn't meet expectations. |

I purchased this printer to replace my HP Photosmart because I keep drying out ink cartridge from lack of frequent use. For casual home use, the quality and speed of the CLP 315W is fine. What I didn't fully realize when I purchased it is that toner costs about 18 cents a sheet and is quite difficult to refill due to the built in electronic counter in the cartridges that lock out after 1000 or so copies regardless of how much actual toner is left. I'm now wishing that I paid a little more for something that doesn't break the bank to use. I may consider this a throw away and toss it after I use up the toner it comes with. |
